Imagine your excitement if the mailman delivered a box of clothes and accessories picked out just for you. They would be the right size and your exact style with maybe something a little out of your comfort zone thrown in that is actually awesome once you try it on. It’s just like Christmas but even better because you like it when these people pick out clothes for you. It’s not your husband trying to stuff you into something too small to show off your “assets”, your color-blind friend wanting you to try something horribly new, or your grandma gifting you with a snowman turtleneck.
It’s called Stitch Fix! Read below why I think this is the ultimate shopping experience.
You don’t have to fight the crowds at the mall or wait for a dressing room. You don’t even have to get dressed or leave your house.
You Have a Say
You can let your stylist know what types of things you are looking for before your shipment to ensure you get what you want. Also, you can let them know what you liked and didn’t like about your fix so they next one is even better.
It’s a Rush
There is an amazing exhilaration rush when you open the fix box. This could become an addiction though…you’ve been warned.
You fill out an online profile with your measurement and sizing so almost everything should fit pretty well. Think about it – this is huge. There’s no taking three sizes into the dressing room because nothing ever fits quite right. There’s no feelings of disgust when you can’t fit into the size above your norm because nothing is sized consistently.
You pay a $20 styling fee for each fix but this is credited back to you if you make a purchase. This really only comes into play if you return everything. Also, you can pre-schedule numerous fixes or just schedule one at a time as you want. Having a bad day – schedule a fix!
If you hate everything (which I highly doubt will happen), just throw it in the pre-labeled return bag provided and drop it in the mail. It’s really that easy. You just have to do it within 3 days.
If you like everything in your fix, you get a 25% discount. You can’t beat that.
Do you Stitch Fix? I’d love to hear about your experience!
